There are a couple LDS guys in Allen that own pest control companies... we've used them both and have been happy. One is Berret Pest Control and the other is Pesky Pest Control. I can't remember if Berret makes you do a contract or not, but I know Pesky doesn't. Good luck with that!
Oh no! a lot of the smaller pest companies don't deal with termites...you'll have to call and see. We have smaller one we use owned by LDS guy also but they do not do termites.....let us know what they turn out to be.....we had termites in our old house coming up through the electrical in the island.....Terminix came out and quoted us and we could not afford it at the time....so after their advice and free eval.....Steve cut apart the bottom of the island and we treated them on our own. I know it is not fun----Where are your coming from?
